It’s finally here – Elusive’s long-trailed 7th birthday weekend. Elusive have launched a few more beers to celebrate – Ayrenn, a 4.5% Pale Ale, Day by Day, a collab with Burning Sky, Nine Mile Ride, a collab with Siren, and Nimrod, a 5% IPA brewed in collaboration with Oakham Ales. Get along there to celebrate with them in person. You can book a seat at the taproom if you are going along to try it by calling 0118 9732153 or emailing beer@elusivebrewing.com. If you are a home brewer, Elusive have also launched their 7th birthday home brewing competition. There’s a £500 prize to be won, but more importantly, the chance to brew a beer in collaboration with the folks at Elusive.

The Haunt at Phantom
An event that Dane from Phantom claims is his finest pun ever: Sat-Tie-Dye. A free event to make a free tie-dyed t-shirt. Plus, on Sunday watch all of Wayne’s World 1 and 2 in The Haunt. Plus a bunch of great new beers – Interdimensional Narwhals, a collab with Pipeline Brewing Co, and You Do the Math, a 6% IPA, a Little TLC, a 5% pale, The Pillow Factory, a 6.3% peachy IPA, and last but very much not least, Double Ball Pit – an amped up DIPA version of Ball Pit.

Park House Local Drinks Festival
Friday and Saturday – The University are running a festival celebrating local wine, beer, cider, and gin producers. Come along and meet the people behind the drinks and have some food too. Tickets here.
